Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Preliminary version: this policy is still being finalized and may change.

This policy explains what information EDM Yoga ("we" or "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We run much of this site on Adhara, a customer and analytics platform, so most of the information described here is sent to and stored by Adhara on our behalf.

Information you give us

  • Contact and newsletter forms: your name, email address and message.
  • Applications: your name, phone number, email address, Instagram handle and your answers to our questions. Some questions ask about your life and goals, so please share only what you're comfortable sharing.
  • Bookings and events: the details you enter to book a call or register for an event, along with what you booked or registered for.
  • Free resources: the details you enter to receive a download.
  • Purchases: your contact details and what you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we don't receive your full card number.
  • Member accounts: your name, email address and password, plus anything you add to your profile, such as a phone number, bio, location, company, website or social links. We also keep your notification settings, course enrollment and progress, certificates, and anything you post in the community.

Information collected automatically

Analytics, only if you accept. If you choose Accept on our privacy banner, Adhara's analytics tool records the pages you visit (including the full web address), the site that referred you, any campaign codes in the link, whether you're on a mobile or desktop device, and a random ID saved in your browser. Your IP address also reaches Adhara as part of each request. If you decline, this tool doesn't run.

Application activity. Our application pages report to Adhara when a page is viewed and when the form is started, whether or not you accepted analytics. These reports don't include an ID or your answers. If you apply, the campaign codes and referring site from your visit are sent with your application.

Security and operation. Our servers and service providers process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site, filter spam and limit abuse. For example, your IP address is sent to Adhara when you sign up or sign in to a member account.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Sign-in cookies keep you signed in to your member account.
  • A private-page cookie remembers for 30 days that you entered the password for a private page.
  • Your privacy choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again on every page.
  • The analytics ID described above is saved only if you accept, and removed if you later decline.
  • Site features save your shopping cart, course progress, display settings, and details you've already entered in a form so that you don't have to retype them.

You can change your analytics choice at any time using the "Privacy choices" link in the footer. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, though you may then be signed out or lose your cart.

How we use information

  • To respond to you and provide the classes, courses, events, bookings and products you ask for
  • To review applications and manage your account
  • To process payments and send related messages
  • To send newsletters and marketing messages, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (such as for analytics and marketing), the need to perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and our legal obligations.

Who receives your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it with:

  • Adhara, which provides our analytics, forms, contact records, email, member accounts, courses, bookings, events and store.
  • Stripe, which processes payments.
  • Hosting and storage providers, which run this website and store the copies of form submissions it keeps.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies this site's fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
  • YouTube and Vimeo, when a page includes one of their videos. Those services can collect information and set cookies under their own policies.
  • Authorities or professional advisers, when the law requires it or when needed to protect our rights, and any successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Some of our links lead to other services, such as Teachable, Arketa, Eventbrite, Wave, Instagram and EDM Peptides. What you do there is covered by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping your account active, meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolving disputes. We then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, pleasecontact us. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights, and you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or online service can be completely secure.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
